Mr. Rick Justis, Jr. was born in Odessa, Tx. He moved with his mother, sister, and brother to Austin, Tx in 1987. Mr. Justis grew up playing football and he always felt drawn to technology. He really embraced his love for technology in his high school years at McNeil High School, where he met Mrs. Justis.

Mr. Justis threw himself into the world of technology after graduation and quickly climbed to one of the top in the IT/Telco field. He and Mrs. Justis married in 2002 and now they have 4 fantastic kids. In 2008, he opened his own business with a friend and started LTJ Management company and they have been very successful.

After a significant injury in a Semi-Pro Football game with the Texas Xtreme, Mrs. Justis convinced Mr. Justis to give TaeKwonDo a try. He very rapidly adjusted to the change and loved it. He is currently the rank of Sr. 2nd Degree Black Belt and an Instructor.
