Warrior Pack 9:00 am, All Juniors, Teens, and Adults 9:30 am. Judges, please arrive 15 min prior to the testing you are judging.  Please sign up with Mrs. or Mr. Justis before Dec. 1st. 

This is our first time offering the advanced class. To participate you must have attended at least one beginner and one intermediate class with us. Women's Beginner Self-Defense Class - 12-11-21 Current students are free, sign up with me at the dojang or by email.

No classes this week.  Practice your forms and techniques at home and make sure to get your heartrate up at least a few days this week.
